This company fired us after a year of loyal business. There had been a couple of issues over the year, one very shabby job by new people, rarely sent same people to my house. Little things went missing, scrub brushes, sponges, cleaning products...but the last time was a two step ladder. I texted owner that it went missing nearly a week after they'd been here and he admitted they had it. A few weeks before I had reminded him that he also would need to reimburse me for a fire place screen they put a hole in when it was replaced. He told me straight up he did not believe his people did it even though he came over and inspected it the day it happened and agreed claiming he had insurance. He doesn't! He paid me cash for the screen. Most of his girls are hard working but speak very little if any english. Never sends same people consistantly so you are always starting over with instructions. He changed our day with two days notice that did not work for us so he told me he could no longer do our house after agreeing to come another day that week and not showing. There are dozens of cleaning people. If like me you want to have good reliable people,this is not it.
