They had an advertised Groupon which my family purchased. I spoke with the owner to make an appointment to come out to the house. She asked me to review specific dates and contact her via her web site request form. Upon making multiple web requests and unreturned phone calls I requested a refund from Groupon. I feel that anyone who cannot be relied upon to make an appointment cannot be trusted in your home.
