We recently purchased a small co-op detached home in Whiting, NJ and hired On the Spot Cleaning to come in clean and sanitize our home. They had 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen cabinets, counters. Wash floors, clean the windows. What a huge mistake. They were there about 1 hour. The windows were still dirty, the fans were dusted, living room floor was all streaky, windows not cleaned properly. The house was not sanatized at all. Needless to say, we are very disappointed. I am seriously thinking of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I had a last minute emergency without of town guests coming in for a funeral. With so much to do cleaning my house was important but last on my list. I called and was so thrilled when they reworked their schedule to fit me in the next day. They were prompt, listened to my requests, very thorough and extremely caring. The manager actually gave me a hug when she left and offered the company's condolences. I even felt comfortable enough to run out to the store when they were working. Great attitudes, great service, compassionate company. I will use them again!

I had this company come to clean an empty apartment after a tenant moved out. I told them the place was dirty and needed to be well cleaned. They did arrive on time and stayed for an hour and a half. I told them if they needed extra time to get it clean I'd pay for an extra hour. They called me after the hour and a half to say they were done. When I came by, I was highly disappointed with the cleaning job. Fans were not touched, they didn't clean the windows of the 2nd bedroom, they left muddy footprints on the kitchen floor and splatters on the ceiling that I asked them to clean. The fronts of the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen as well as the inside and outside of the refrigerator were not clean. They also did not clean the backsplash or the baseboards. The wood floors had a dulling, streaky residue on it. They were using a cleaner in a swiffer spray mop. The woman said it was bona but it looked awful. I called the company and they explained this is not the quality of their service and they are still training the girls to pay attention to detail. She sent the girls back and I told them what needed to be fixed. I returned once they were done to find that the inside of the cabinets, as well as the surface of the drawers and cabinets were still not cleaned. I have used a cleaning service before for my own residence and have never had so many details missed before. I'm glad they came back to fix what was wrong, but even after the 2nd time around things were still missed.
