Had used them few days back and a very very poor and substandard job was done by the 2 females who came. They practically rushed thru my 4000sqft house in 55 minutes.
When i provided them with a thorough feedback with detailed notes and pics of all jobs that were left incomplete, they had promised to mail a refund check, after which the owner went incognito.
Several calls and emails later, still have not heard back from them. I have been following up ever since, but no response whatsoever.
Neither did the owner, Sean, follow up, nor did the check come.
Is it so hard these days to trust people to do the right thing?
I understand it is a tough time for us all, my small business has sufffered a lot too, but i would not treat someone unfairly like this just for a few dollars. My conscience would just not allow me.
I guess to each their own karma. I will not trust this company again for my
home cleaning needs. I just feel bad to be duped like this.

Very pleased with Land of Clean vs some of the other cleaning services we tried in the past. We look forward to them coming every two weeks.

We use Land of Clean 2x a month for our 3000 sqft home. I get super excited for cleaning day since I know my floors and kitchen are going to sparkle. Prior to using Land of Clean we used an independent cleaning company. While they did a decent job, I always had to go over their work after they left to get it to the level of cleanliness I expected. Never once have I had to do that with Land of Clean. They are always on-time and thorough. I'm very satisfied with their service.

Land of Clean did our move out cleaning. Really saved us alot of headaches with the move. Maids were on time and did a very professional job. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
