I used House and Order for a move out cleaning. Before Angela got here this place was pretty disgusting which is why I wanted to pay and have someone else do the cleaning. She did what I thought would be an all day project in just a couple hours. I am very pleased with what she was able to pull off. This place is immaculate. I just wish I had a before and after picture to show. I will be using them for my next move out cleaning.

I purposely allowed time to pass prior to writing this review so my emotions would not get in the way of the facts.

My fiancé and I recently purchased a home in A2, and opted to hire House and Order to do a "move-in cleaning" - worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning agency! 1) We asked them NOT to bring any cleaning materials, as we did not want them bringing rags, vaccum cleaners, and brooms that had been used in other peoples homes to avoid cross contamination. Well, at some point Amanda and Rebecca took the large stack of rags that they initially left by our front door, and integrated them with the NEW rags we purchased. Thanks to their inability to do as we requested, we now have to purchase a new set of rags. 2) You would think a move-in cleaning involves cleaning inside of cabinets throughout an entire house, cleaning inside of the refrigerator, washing floorboards and walls where needed, but NO! To our shock, we were told at the end of their day that we had to request / specify all of those things before hand - only for the owner to later state that the inside of the cabinets and refrigerator should, in fact, have been included in "move-in cleaning". 3) Upon expressing our displeasure with Kandi (the manager/house cleaning trainer) via telephone, she refused to take accountability for the poor quality of service - which is a direct reflection on the training they received from her - and instead responded, "Sir, we are NOT a window cleaning company!"

At this point I lost my cool. Instead of acknowledging, or giving us any reason as to why her cleaners did NOT clean inside cabinets, the refrigerator, or wash walls and floor boards, she opted to focus in on "cleaning windows"?! To clarify, we never stated that the workers did not "clean the windows", rather we stated that the cleaners did NOT clean out cob webs that were inside of the window sill. Sensing my frustration, she passed the phone to the owner, who also refused to take accountability for, in essence, the poor job Kandi did training the cleaners. After hearing him also attempt to deflect responsiblility by stating, "Sir, we are not a window cleaning company" (that must be their go-to line of defense), I demanded a full-refund! It's important to note that, despite hiring the services of several cleaning agencies throughout the course of my lifetime, I have NEVER demanded a full refund. In the end, we agreed on a refund amount that would enable us to recoup our fee, less the cleaners hourly wage.

To have people come into our new home, and 1) blatantly diregard / ignore our request, 2) do a poor job of cleaning, and 3) for ownership and management to refuse to take responsibility for poor quality of service, made my fiance and I feel like House and Order were attempting to take advantage of us. Being born and raised in Ann Arbor, this was NOT the welcome home I expected.

To House and Order's owner and staff: though we will not be hiring your services again, my hope is that you all realize that people opening the doors to their homes is not an invitation to take advantage of them, rather it should seen as a privilege / honor to serve your customers to the very best of your ability - which you failed to do in our case. DO BETTER. Despite our disatisfaction, we still gave each of the cleaners a tip. We are not heartless people, rather we simply expect the best service for the price.

Very prompt in responding and scheduling your first appointment. I had an appointment scheduled for Monday Morning at 10:00 AM. I was waiting and Jason did not show, nor call so I figured something was up. I went onto one of my email accounts and he had emailed on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM stating he does not service my area. We are 45 minutes away from Milan, however, I do fit into their google map service area. I do not have an issue with not being in their service area, I fully understand as a business you have to limit the time driving for the cleaners; however, Jason could have called me or text me to let me know if he did not realize this when he looked at my address, usually email is the last resort when trying to reach a customer when an issue pops up. Email is great for general appointments or questions. Not everyone is on their email 24/7. This company has GREAT reviews but I think one better specifically confirm that they service your area (Even though it states it on their google map and website) BEFORE scheduling an appointment. This was a wasted morning when I took time off to meet with Jason. I own 3 business (which too show in their cleaning area) and wanted to use them to clean them but now I am back to square one looking for a cleaning crew for my home and 3 businesses.

House and order does an amazing job! I've had cleaning companies clean my home before and they just don't cut it. House and Order literally get every detail and things you don't even think about! They go above and beyond! Wonderful in every way!! You will not be disappointed!

I really needed help getting the house clean so that it could be maintained. I needed help with organization which we did, but then needed to get a thorough cleaning after. They did a great job and I am now more relaxed and able to maintain. They are coming back on a schedule.

Jason responded to my ad and I mentioned that I needed move out cleaning services. He was prompt in returning my call and providing the quote. We confirmed the date, and the team arrived promptly.

When I went back to the apartment at the end of the day it was immaculate! They did an awesome job, they called me with additional questions instead of making assumptions. They did such a wonderful job I tipped them. I would definitely refer them to anyone in need of cleaning services. You can rest assured and take confidence in their cleaning services.

I was devastated to lose my long time housekeeper, so when the House and Order team showed up, I was skeptical that I'd never find anyone who could replace my housekeeper. Being a bit apprehensive about finding a cleaning service online, I inquired with House & Order right away. They were professional yet friendly, and making me feel comfortable knowing we bring people into our homes. I could not have had a better experience and will use them again. We had house and order out to do a nice spring cleaning, my girlfriend and I both work 60-80 hours each so we just didn't want to spend our only time off cleaning. So we called house and Order to get it done. We left a list of things to have done, not only did they do what was on the list but they truly went above and beyond! Specifically they organized all of our clothes, did laundry, steam cleaned the carpets. It was suppose to be just a one time thing, however we were so impressed with the quality of the job we now have them here every other week. It was the best decision I have made! I highly recommended them!!!!

All I can say is wow. This is not your typical company. I spoke with Jason over the phone and he was so polite and made me feel like he really cared. Then he wanted to come to my home and walk every room with me going over my expectations. By the end he had created a custom in home make over. The girls were so nice and really worked very hard. My house was spotless. It looked way better than expected. Jason even confirmed my cleaning with me the night before. This company made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend them. As I will continue to have them clean for us weekly.
