They started off doing a good job then week by week they started to do less and less. after the 3rd week I tried to contact the owner and asked her to come look and let me know if the way the office was left is acceptable work. Instead she was rude and refused to look and see the multiple places that had no cleaning attention in sometime. There was dust left over photos, floors weren't being cleaned, the desks weren't being wiped down, the bathrooms had a mere wipe down, there was dust accumulating under desks . Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. She had no problem picking up a check and getting paid but couldn't follow through and see the lack of attention her staff paid to cleaning. So disappointed!

I have been using G&A Janitorial cleaning services for 2.5 years. They are extremely professional and efficient, and very trustworthy. They do a terrific job keeping my home clean. I highly recommend them.
