Javier came to my home, toured the entire home and quoted a price to clean the entire home. He advised me that they were fully insured. The next week he sent his wife to clean. When I returned home the house was only partially cleaned and items like the stairs, mirrors and counters were not cleaned. My brand new stainless steel sink was covered in scratches and had been obviously cleaned with steel wool. I sent Javier photos and he sent me back photos of a completely different home and stated they did a great job. He claimed that the home was "too big" and that is why areas were missed. He told me they would need more money to clean for more than 2 hours. A time limit was never agreed upon and I still have his emailed quote for the entire home. He refused to give me his insurance info in order for me to get the sink repaired. Beware of this company, they are untruthful, unfamiliar with modern finishes, they do not do the job they claim and they certainly will not cover any damages.
