I have been trying several cleaning companies and CharmClean is one of the best in the area. They have an online booking, good customer service over the phone and email and the cleaners are the best I have ever seen.

I do not recommend using Charmclean. It is clear that there is a lack of communication between subcontracted cleaners and the main company. I paid for a deep clean, move-in clean, and a window clean, but did not receive those full services. I described my house as having vaulted ceilings and skylights, but neither were cleaned. Dust, bugs, and stains were left on surfaces. They gave me a $50 refund, which I am not satisfied with because the total of the incompleted services was $160.

They are super thorough, on time and completely trustworthy. Charm Clean made my house sparkle. There wasn't a crevice left in the house that wasn't addressed. We have so many objects displayed which takes quite a bit of time to dust and not one was missed. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
