I was extremely disappointed with the cleaning services provided by this company. The cleaners were rude and unprofessional, and they seemed to be in a rush to get the job done as quickly as possible. When I arrived home after the cleaning, I noticed that several areas had been completely overlooked and many surfaces still had dust and dirt on them. Additionally, some of my personal belongings were misplaced or broken during the cleaning process. When I contacted the company to voice my concerns, they were unresponsive and did not offer any solutions or compensation for their poor performance. I will definitely not be using this cleaning service again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality cleaning services.

Do not use this company. We set up a deep cleaning to be done before thanksgivings, we gave a list of specific thing we would like done. The list was agreed to by Kristy thru text message. Basic deep cleaning stuff. Oven cleaned out, furniture moved and vacuumed under, cushions moved and vacuumed under, wood work and windows cleaned, amongst other things. Normal deep clean stuff. None of this was done. Just a basic cleaning. We paid $350 assuming it was a deep clean. When we got home we were highly disappointed. My wife reached out to Kristy looking for a explanation and kristy said none of that was agreed to. She screen shotted the text conversation to her. She did apologize and said they would correct the problem. This was 11 days ago. We have called and texted to no response. They ripped us off and basically false represented themselves. We way over paid for a basic cleaning. At least a phone call back or text.

We saw Aced Cleaning's ad in the Valley Breeze newspaper, and wanted to give a local, family owned company our business. They did such a great job cleaning our "new construction home" of all the contractor dust and dirt, and got it ready just in time for us to move in. We also had them clean the condo we moved out of a couple days later, and again, what an amazing job! Friendly, fast and efficient, with a great attention to detail! I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs any cleaning done!!
