Seeking a full time teacher/educator who's Educated and know the importance of what each age the child should be learning and growing developmentally. I have an acre safe of a yard and an area in my home I can fix up as your classroom. Currently the daycares near us are booked and I work so I can't homeschool them myself. I will be at home 3 of the days out of the week and my husband as well and we alternate so you'll never be home alone. Hours 9-5 with a 2hour break from 1-3(kids nap time). You won't be paid during those 2 hours . It's your lunch period. I will have meals and snacks lunch menu and times as well as a schedule of how I would like the learning curriculum to go. Ex. 9am-10 - math & reading 10-11 ( outside play/ physical activity) 11-11:30(science, opposites etc.) 11:30-12 free play (while you make lunch) 12-1( lunch) 1-3(nap and break time) 3-4 ( site words, math, reading etc) 4-5(outside play physical activity) . That's just an example. Seeking someone who knows how to be creative and allow kiddos to learn through play and of course at times utilizing index cards, paper etc. when necessary. I don't have everything set in stone but open to your expertise and suggestions as well !
Experience teaching toddlers . My children are ages 2, 3 &4. Being able to teach them all at the developmental stages they are at to have them ready for 1st grade. Creative learning through play as well as experience teach the 3 & 4-year-old math , writing and reading. Experience with site words for the 2-year-old etc.
