Lincolnton, NC Summer Nanny Jobs

Looking for someone to be an integrated part of our family/household, likely on a weekly basis.... Could use some childcare help (more frequently end of May until they start summer camp on June 21st).... then random for date nights, etc. and may pick up hours at the end of July/early August again. Ongoing help with house cleaning, laundry, organization, regular upkeep, sorting kids clothes, etc..... basically just random things around the house to keep from having a constantly overwhelming task list. Sort of a "mothers helper" in that case but there could be times when I would be there and other times that I may not be there. Hours are flexible but must be good with kids and pets. We need a nanny to take care of 1 child in Lincolnton. Looking for a caregiver for our sweet son. My schedule may vary. Our baby boy is 13 months old and we are needing assistance starting around mid July to August. My husband works an alternating shift so the days we are looking for would be Monday, Tuesday, Friday one week and then the next week Wednesday and Thursday for about 7-8 hours a day. The weeks would continue alternating in that manner. Our son is a very very happy baby and is easy going. We are looking for someone who is extremely responsible and caring. We need a nanny for our 2 children in Lincolnton! One 2. 5 yr old boy and 6-week-old girl. Start date may vary a bit depending on when I give birth (due July 28th and I have 6 weeks maternity leave). We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and is comfortable w/ cats. My husband often gets a day off during the week but doesn't know until a few days beforehand. we'd love someone willing to negotiate not having to pay for those days if we don't have the need or pay a per week basis.
