Both of my kids have ADHD and some behavior needs. I mainly need someone to keep my 4-year-old bundle of energy busy while I am working from home. He has lots of toys at home, a backyard to play in, or can go to lots of local places for fun. Our ideal caregiver: Will set age-appropriate boundaries with the kids. Know about special needs. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities and homework or curriculum assistance. Looking for care Mondays (7:30am-10:30am), Tuesdays (7:30am-10:30am), Wednesdays (7:30am-10:30am), Thursdays (7:30am-10:30am), Fridays (7:30am-3:30pm). Need help as soon as possible, but I can be flexible in a start date. There may be opportunities for additional hours in the future.
