Single mom with 15 mth old twins. I work doing 24 hr shifts, I'm in need a part time nanny for 12 hrs once a week, alternating days. Their grandmas are taking turns watching them now but I'd like to give them a break. Both girls receive in home therapies during the week. You can shadow myself or grandma for 1-2 days, paid of course, to get comfortable with their schedules and needs.
