We have 2 children. Our son, age 6, has autism. He is high energy, loves sensory play, giving hugs and endless snacks. He's able to communicate his wants, needs and is fully potty trained. Our daughter (age 3. 5 and awaiting an autism evaluation) is energetic, sweet and nonverbal. She is not yet potty trained. We just need the occasional help when myself or one of the kids has an appointment and also the occasional date night with my spouse. Previous experience with special needs children would be great but is not required.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children. We would prefer a sitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets (We have 2 hypoallergenic Goldendoodles in our home). We need a sitter maybe one evening a week/weekend. Our daughter is 2 and our son is 5. Our son has autism so someone with patience and compassion is needed. Our children get along very well with each other. We prefer that someone comes to our home, where our children are most comfortable.
