Seeking an Applied Behavior Tech trained staff to work 1:1 with a individual who has special needs, living in South Austin. Various shifts are available to support the routines of daily living. Flexibility to work around other work or school schedules.
Young adult with intellectual developmental disability and Autism lives in his own home with 24 hour care supports. He enjoys a lifestyle of healthy foods, exercise, the great outdoors and creative activities. We are seeking 1:1 attendants who are able to help facilitate home routines for self care, home care and meal preparation.
On occasion, he can becoming dis-regulated and he responds very well to trained staff who can utilize tools to maintain a calm presence and problem solving.
