We are looking for a fourth grade tutor for a student in the New Tampa area. She mainly needs help with reading, and is looking for someone who can make learning fun. This would be in home once or twice a week in the afternoon. Pay is $15-20 per hour.

Our family is in need of a teacher who can help our 5 years old son with e-learning 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. five days a week. He goes on Zoom 3 times a day with the whole class. In between zoom he completes assignments (drawings and writing ) that I take picture of and submit on canvas. Dad works from home and is asthmatic so we need a professional adult who is taking COVID seriously wearing mask in their day to day life, avoiding parties and large crowd. The work in a nutshell involves 1. Logging onto zoom to see the assignments for the day 2. Help our son complete the assignments, take picture, submit 3. Microwave his lunch at 11:30 4. Take him outside for fresh air, walk, bike, chalk on the driveway, 5. Help him with i-ready math and reading

Lutz family needs a part-time tutor for English, Math. Must be able to establish new foundation in math not just help with homework. Going back to basics and building up prepping for next grade is what is wanted. For english a focus on essay writing, grammar, reading comprehension and vocabulary.

We are looking for an experienced tutor to help our children this summer. Experience teaching young children math, reading and writing skills is a must. The tutor is needed to help our daughter (8yrs old) with reading and writing as well practicing with her time tables. And our two twin boys (6yrs old) needs help with reading and writing and math. We have found that a reward system works great to get them to learn as well as patience and lots of positivity and encouragement. In person

My oldest needs focus on Math skills. He is in middle school, 6th grade. My youngest needs focus on reading & writing. He is in elementary school, 1st grade. My oldest needs help with multiplication, just making sure he has it memorize, and then going over 6th grade math with him, practicing to make sure he is understanding the material. My youngest needs help with reading, writing and sight words. My oldest is very good with listening, and being focused, he does have adhd so a quite setting would be best. My youngest is very energetic why his will only be for 30 minutes. He responds well with reward systems, for example "remember if you focus during our session your mom said she will take you for ice cream" just as an example. We can discuss the reward for that week. Also maybe an outdoor setting will work with him, that way he can still move around, maybe like a minute break to stretch and reflect what he has learned. Tutoring will happen in person. Yes my home has access to parking. But tutoring with my oldest I'd prefer to happen at the library, since his dad works from home and I have a baby at home. But we can discuss this set up.
