Tulsa family needs a part-time tutor. teach reading

Hi! My son is 8, about to be 9 in May. We have been homeschooling for a year and love it, but he needs someone who can help keep his passion for learning going! I am about to get busier with work so hiring someone to help is the best option. We would only need two days a week to start off with, for two-three hours a day. Monday is a set day, but Wednesday and Thursday could rotate. Preferably looking for someone who can help with math, reading, and English. Any added subject knowledge would be welcome! I am ok with virtual lessons if need be, but in-person works a lot better with my son so I'd prefer that. My son genuinely loves learning, as long as he's challenged. If he doesn't feel interested in a subject, he tends to disengage. I would love someone who's passion for teaching helps to inspire him.

Student is struggling with reading and comprehension in sixth grade science

W is my 9-year-old son and he is going into the 4th grade. He is reading on a 1st grade level and needs help. We cant afford to much but we really need the help.
