We had an unexpected need to go to hospital. our typical sitter is leaving 2 days into our stay. We can bring him with us to our rental house for the week if we dont find a perfect match or if someone cant do all the days but looking for as much of a break as possible but wont push a wrong fit. About our dog, he is a 90 pound pit bull, has NEVER bit BUT super active and excitable and VERY intimidating to anyone not familiar with them. He will try to hump you, an unfortunate new thing he does when we arent around. my sitter has had him a long time and says he just gets overwhelmed and doesn't know what to do. if you stop him and calm him and tell him to sit and dont let the excitement get the better of him, it will subside. Looking for a pet-loving, responsible person to stay overnight at our home to feed and let out our dogs, make sure the cats have food/water, and same with Guinea pig + beta fish (haha). Our family needs a dog walker in Warrenton. Barksdale (aka Barkwing) is a spunky 1 1/2-year-old rescue lab/hound mix. As I work in the ER as a Nurse Practitioner, I would like him to get a nice long walk on the days that I work or when the nanny is caring for my daughter. He's great on the leash and just needs to survey the neighborhood with his sniffer. You should be active and able to walk regularly. Hi there! We live in Warrenton - and are looking for an overnight pet sitter for our 3 dogs Dec. 21/22 - 27th. We have an electric fence so can just let them out to play. Caretaker would stay in our guest room overnight - the dogs just sleep on their beds in the bedroom and then are put in a pen in the basement if you are ever out of the house. No need to be at the house during the entire day however would be great if they could be let out once or twice during the day. Sample schedule: Noon: out 5:30pm: Dinner Overnight stay 6:30am: breakfast 7:30am: lock up Noon: let out You are welcome to hang throughout the day - but min would be similar to above. Hi there- We are looking for an overnight/visit during day pet sitter for our 3 dogs from Dec. 22-Dec. 27th: All dogs are friendly, goofy, and easy Rigsby - Vizsla 8yo just a goof but well mannered Lucy - GSP Mix 8 yo lazy sweet girl Rox - Almost 2yo(?) pound pup, Boston terrier mix - small, sweet, but has energy We have an electric fence so no need to take them for walks (unless you'd like to) mainly feeding and letting out in the morning, mid-day let out, then feed dinner sometime around 530/6, and stay overnight like 8 p.m. until they eat in the morning - We have a guest room with its own bathroom/shower, and of course you have access to the kitchen and TVs etc. We do also have a guinea pig that would just need hay daily and water filled every couple days. We need a dependable person to provide afternoon visits (ideally sometime between 11:30amt-1pm) to give bathroom breaks and exercise/play to our 3 dogs in Warrenton. We leave on 10 acres and have an invisible fence so no leash walking will be necessary. The dogs just need to be let out of house/crate, taken out in the field to go potty and run, and then put back in the house/crate each afternoon Monday-Friday while we are at work and school. The schedule may vary as we will not need afternoon visits on days there is no school or someone is home sick or on leave. Generally help will be needed Monday-Friday each week. Ability to communicate by texting is essential! The dogs are very active and excitable and tend to bark a lot when they are initially let out of the house. No pick up of waste required!
