My father is a kind gentleman. He suffers from Parkinson's and slight dementia. He is mobile but must be assisted and accompanied. We need someone that has experience and is comfortable with physical activity such as helping my father get up and walk. Must be patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Duties include bathing, exercise, and occasionally driving him to physical and speech therapy.

Help with Physical Therapy exercises, bathroom assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping.
