I need hands-on care to take care of myself in Punta Gorda. Assistance with shower is one of my requirements. I'm looking for some help preparing dinner meals. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.

About who needs care: Mom fell on May 6, 2022 and broke her hip. She was in rehab for a few weeks and was not ready to go straight home. She has been in an assisted living with skilled nursing services since July 10, 2022. Mom wants to go home. She needs 24x7 help. Mom uses a walker. She is able to use the bathroom on her own and able to dress herself. She needs help bathing, preparing meals, and help around the house. She would also need transportation. Mom enjoys watching TV. About the care needs: They have to be able to help with bathing and daily household chores. They have to be able to assist in scheduling and keeping appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

Looking for occasional help with elderly assistance. Medications in the am and food prep for lunch. Return in the evening to make dinner and give night time medication. 2 hrs in the morning couple hours in the evening. He is on a low sodium diet and food will already be at the house. We do have a small dog she will need to be let out for a walk when you arrive (included in the time). He had a stroke years ago with deficits on the right side, pretty independent for his deficits. 8-10 a.m. hours 5-8 p.m. hours
