I need help with General Errands. My ideal assistant has own transportation and a non-smoker.

Seeking care for my loved one in her 30s. Services needed: companionship, bathing / dressing, meal preparation, help staying physically active, mobility assistance, transportation, light housekeeping, errands / shopping. No prior experience required. Female caregiver preferred. A little more about my loved one: she can be pleasant, reserved. My little sister is 22. Looking at someone that isn't only a caregiver but a friend. I'm looking for someone who is patient, chatty, fond of pets. My sister is 22. Duties would be getting her out of bed and ready for the day. Meal prep, transfers to bathroom, errands, help with bath and Ready for bed.

About who needs care: My mother needs needs assistance; basically, a somewhat like a personal assistant. About the care needs: Always focused, compassionate, safe driver. Has lots of patience. Willing to be flexible on days that are needed. Services needed include: Transportation for to work and back to place of residence. Getting groceries; this may include going inside and helping her get the items by pointing them out. She has trouble identifying picking items out even when right in front of her. Tidying/organizing paperwork. Would like to discuss further details over call or in person with both my mother and I present to vet them.

My wife and I are down to sharing one car and require assistance transporting our 8-year-old home when school ends. We currently alternate in-office and teleworking days, but struggle arriving to end of day pick up in time with our current schedules.
