About who needs care: My mom has MS and is in need of assistance with daily activities. My mother has limited mobility not able to transfer herself to and from her scooter for daily needs. About the care needs: Looking for a compassionate, patient caregiver who is interested in building a long term caregiving relationship. Services needed include: companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.

We have a 1st grade girl, L, and 3rd grade boy, L. L is kind, loving, sensitive and bright. She needs someone who can be nurturing and calm. L is energetic, bright, and enthusiastic, creative and active. He is a natural leader, and needs someone who can channel his energy. Both of them do fantastically in school and don't have any behavior problems. They are avid readers. What we need: All the local after school programs are full. We need someone to meet the bus at 3:30 ( 2:30 on Wednesdays) a few days a week and help them with their homework, snack, and possibly transport to after school activities a few times a month. We need care a minimum of 3 consecutive days a month until 5:15 pm, as one parent will be out of town a month. An ideal schedule would be more frequent and flexible around work schedules. Additional needs include being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities and homework or curriculum assistance. My schedule may vary.

Nurtures creativity, answers questions, reads books, plays with toys (Lego's, trains, cars, trucks), role playing, physical activity. Our ideal caregiver: Enjoys and has the energy for young boys :).
