Hello, I'm looking for someone to help care for my 84-year-old Grandmother in the evening. She has dementia and currently needs assistance with her daily living routine. The caregiver would be responsible for providing her a warm, pre-made meal at dinner time. Ensuring she get up to walk around the home every 2 hours as well as check & change her pull-up as needed. She can walk on her own, but needs some assistance getting up from the chair and someone close by to hold her hand if needed or make sure she doesn't fall while walking. She does not talk much or get up to walk around on her own. She prefers to stay seated on her sofa and watch TV until bed time.
