About who needs care: long term stroke, always functioned on her own, but recently very weak, fall risk. She is not heavy. Sound mind. Hearing aids. Speech impaired. May need some help in the morning and possibly occasional errand or appointment. May some food set up. Would like to see her getting more electrolytes.
About the care needs: Witty. Enjoys humor (even the self-deprecating kind).
Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
