We are looking for a great caregiver for 1 teen in Kemah. We would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets (labradoodle and golden retriever.) Our son has cerebral palsy, uses a wheelchair and needs assistance with school work, toileting, eating and all daily activities. He loves to go for walks, visit parks, geocaching, field trips and watching sports on tv. He's an awesome kid and we would love to match with someone interested in helping a child with special needs progress. We are pretty flexible on schedule and can offer more time as needed. I will begin checking the app daily because we are committed to finding a match in the next two weeks.

We have 2 active toddlers that we need help for date nights (either Fridays or Saturdays) and maybe an occasional daytime. The job will require assisting simple meal prep, keep kids play areas clean and picked up, wash and prep kids bottles / cups/ kids laundry. Assist with bath time, and play /read to our kids. Our daughter is very shy upon meeting new people. She is very aware and observes everything about a new person before she is comfortable. This is why we are looking for someone soft spoken who is very gentle and patient. She warms up to these characteristics much easier. She's extremely smart (not just saying that because she's my daughter) but needs someone creative and engaging. She loves nature, bugs, animals, music, books, flash cards, puzzles, learning new things, and being stimulated. We are expecting a 2nd baby in December and would like someone to start taking care of our daughter before the baby comes, so she gets comfortable. I will need help 6mo+ after giving birth as well. . Our ideal caregiver: Calm, patient, creative, soft spoken. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We need an early morning babysitter for our 3 children in Kemah. The start date will be 8/17/21. Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with dogs. You will be responsible for helping the kids get breakfast, ready for school and then walking our two boys (7 and 8) to the bus stop. Once they are picked up, our daughter (4) will need to be driven to daycare. This position will follow the school calendar and no assistance will be needed during school holidays and closures. Please only apply if you can consistently be available and on time throughout the school year. The hours are 6:30 a.m. to roughly 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.
