We currently have a nanny that has been with us for 2. 5 years, she now has her masters and is leaving for a job in her field. We are looking for a nanny with previous experience, multiple references, and availability M-Th with flexibility on Fridays. My husband and I both work from home so are here if you need us but you will need to be independent. Our 2-year-old is a very good listener, enjoys art, books, and being outside. Our 6-month-old is full of smiles. We have a dedicated playroom in the basement for the kids as well as play space in both their bedrooms and outdoor space as well. We want them outside for at least an hour every day. Screen time is very limited in our house and is not a substitute for care. Our ideal caregiver: Able to handle two young kids, shows up on time, puts together weekly activities. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with homework or curriculum assistance. Looking for care Mondays (10am-4pm), Tuesdays (10am-4pm), Wednesdays (10am-4pm), Thursdays (10am-4pm). Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.

We are looking for a great in home nanny for our 3-month-old triplets in Eastlake once my maternity leave is up in mid September. Hello!! I was hoping that someone wonderful would like to come help this Momma during the day while I work from home. I will be home to help and assist in anyway, but will not be breathing down your neck! Just as a back up in case you need me. I am very laid back and so if my daughter. Her name is M and we call her M for short. She is so happy with a smile always on her face, loves to play, go for walks, watch her favorite movies and shows, giggles non-stop and loves her toys. I need someone that will help play with her during the day, feed lunch , snacks and bottles to her, change diapers and the occasional outfit and lay down for nap time. Specialized care needs: support for chronic illness, nursing experience. A little more about my father: he can be anxious, lethargic, grouchy, reserved. Has dementia. He often likes to get up and move on his own. Is a fall risk. I'm looking for someone who is patient, firm, strong. Someone who can keep from getting up on his own. Can be patient because he can test patience with his stubbornness.
