Sagamore Beach Part Time Nanny Jobs

Note: looking for immediate help currently, not summer. I'm a SAHM turned content creator. I still want to be able to see my daughter throughout the day but know she's having the best day ever as well! Mom guilt is REAL! Our daughter is our last baby and her twin brothers, 7, are at school in 1st grade. She's very smart and so fun. It's like hanging out with a mini version of your best friend! Some days she just wants to be home and streaming and chill and other days she's down for the playground and some dollar store shopping. Crafts, games, playdoh, dolls, , her vanity table with "real makeup." We have a new puppy we rescued, Finn, and she's obsessed with him so taking him for walks would be great, she needs snacks and lunch and sometimes she does take a take a nap still (I have unicorn children - its true!) around 1/1:30.

They are bright and creative and pick up on everything that is said and done. This toddler loves to model behavior, learn new words and skills, and loves to sing and dance. My 11 mos old is just coming into their own. This is a very happy baby who is has learned to crawl and is always on the go! This baby loves to follow older sibling everywhere and mimic what the toddler does. This baby's favorite thing to do is eat. Our family is local and native to Cape Cod. We love the outdoors and all the fun activities the Cape has to offer in all types of weather. We enjoy daily family walks all throughout the year. Dad/husbands schedule is rotating and at night while mom/wife works days. . Our ideal caregiver: My ideal caregiver for my children would need to have had much experience with small children and babies. I would be interested in a caregiver who has energy but is patient. Someone who is creative and can improvise on the spot. I'm looking for someone who will enjoy my children and for my children to enjoy as well. I am looking for someone who will care for my children as if my children were their own family. It is so important to me that my children connect with their caregiver so that they are comfortable and vice versa. The ideal caregiver for my children is one who makes me and my children feel safe, secure, and well cared for. . My wife and I are looking for part time help to watch our son during the week from 8 a.m. to 3pm, starting September 1st and going at least until the end of November. Our 11yr old daughter would need to be picked up at school Mon and Fri, around 2:45 p.m. and Wed at 1:45 p.m. and then cared for in our home until around 5:00/5:15. Essentially providing a light snack and ensuring she does her homework and gets ready for evening activities is all that's required.
