Hadley Part Time Nanny Jobs

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Hadley. We need a nanny who has their own car to pick up our super sweet 3-year-old from preschool at 2:55 and bring them to our house for the afternoon.

Our interests and values include outdoor time, walking, music, movement, whole food plant based diet, minimal chemicals, multiculturalism. The kids love outdoor time, movement, eating especially fruits, adventure play, dancing, and learning. They need help with boundaries, language and comprehension, potty training, hygiene such as hand washing, socialization (typical of a toddler). we're looking for someone who has patience, understanding. a sense of humor, not afraid of holding boundaries. To get to our home, you can park in parent's spot/off street parking. Our family includes one lovebird: timid vs. domesticated.

Our sweet little girl is a little firecracker of energy. She loves to play, read and spend time outside. We like to teach rather than discipline. We avoid the word no as much as possible and redirect or correct actions rather than reprimand them. We like to teach our daughter the right thing to do for redirection to avoid the focus on the wrong at this age.

Our 16-month-old is the sweetest gentlest girl. We have a 13-year-old yellow lab that usually just lays around. Our daughter gets up around 8:30 and goes down for a nap around 2-5 p.m. I work as a nurse and would like to do two 8 hour shifts a week 7am-3 p.m. We are looking for someone to be over 8-4.

Our 9-month-old has a lot of personality and is already about to walk on his own. He loves adventure and other kids, hes quite social and fun!

Our strong energetic 3-year-old needs care in our home on Mondays, 8 a.m. - 5pm, and Wednesdays and Fridays 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. Care will be downstairs at our home in Florence while Mom works in the upstairs office. Nanny will be responsible for snacks and play, including book time and potty time. Ability to lift child/walk with child to park required. Experienced applicants preferred.
