We started as a family of 5, with my husband and my 3 kids. We have since adopted a toddler and in the process of adopting a baby. My 5-year-old is energetic and full of love but has some things he is working through due to past exposure before he came to me. My husband is gone for about 2 weeks at a time and only home 3 days so I'm basically a single mom of 5 kiddos, my older 3 are 16, 18 and 19 but stay on the go and are very active. I only work 2 days a week and only 9. 5 hours between the 2 days, so in total you would work a full day. There may eventually be times I may need you to cover if I pick up an extra shift. We are a close knit family, so anyone coming in the home will have to he accepted by everyone. The older kids are very protective of the little ones. Our ideal caregiver: Understanding, my 5-year-old has attachment issues, so I need someone who is Understanding to that. Honest, trustworthy and dependable . Additional needs include light housekeeping, a non-smoker, having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets. Looking for care Wednesdays (4:30pm-10pm), Thursdays (4:30pm-10:30pm).
