Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner

Our family welcomed our first baby girl into world 11/5/22. I work from home and am going to potentially need 2-3/days a week babysitting/nanny help during my work hours 8:30/9am-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday, and maybe Friday. My husband works an hour away and is gone 8am-6 p.m. M-F so it's just me at home and our 1yr old chocolate lab Rip. I'd like help with taking care of our newborn with feeding, diaper changes, and all things baby while I'm working in my home office. While baby sleeps I would like light help with meal prep and house cleaning. Our neighbor's child, whom is 10 months old, also may be interested in combining with our childcare needs and we can pay more for watching both children. Looking for a nanny that's reliable, likes dogs, stays busy helping with house cleaning and meal prep while baby is napping.

About who needs care: I had hamstring surgery and Im in a knee brace. Im non weight bearing on my right side. I have a wheelchair, bedside commode and shower chair. Walker arrives Monday Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.

C will be 3 months old when I need a nanny for him three days per week. I would like to find someone very comfortable and experienced with caring for young infants

My oldest is a mother hen and sometimes forgets that she has parents in the house to handle situations. She is also very emotional and the word no is usually all that's needed for this girl. She does tend to raise her voice sometimes, and tries to always have the last word. Middle Child definitely has middle child syndrome. Very strong willed, stubborn little girl. Has zero fears of anything. Will test your patience in every way possible. But also very sweet and loves to help. My youngest child very sweet. The first to volunteer to help in any way possible. Is very loving but can be sneaky also. . Our ideal caregiver: Lots of patience for my 3 girls, very kind and loving. . Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, having a reliable car, a non-smoker. We could use help with structuring activities. Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.

I do have dogs but they will be put up while you are here.

2 bed 1 bath house. 1 bed is mainly storage. General cleaning includes family, kitchen, laundry room and master bed. Laundry would be a plus
