Looking to hire a part-time nanny as I go back to work! This will be for my 2-year-old son. We also have a 7-year-old son but only have him on the weekends so it would be rare that I would need help with him as well. I am looking for someone who is very reliable, confident with their ability in caring for my child including leadership, safety, learning, playing, etc., and someone who shows up as their authentic self. Our toddler loves being outside, rain or shine. I can guarantee two days a week with sometimes needing a third or fourth. I will try to keep the same days every week but looking for someone who can be flexible. We want someone who is able and willing to get on the floor with him for tummy time and be comfortable feeding and changing . Our ideal caregiver: Looking for someone who likes babies and has experience. Motherly or grandmotherly type. Additional needs include light housekeeping, being comfortable with pets, a non-smoker, having a reliable car. Flexible start date. My schedule may vary.

About who needs care: Mobility issues. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance, Wound Care, Bathing / Dressing, Heavy Lifting. Assistance with bathing, and assisting wound care 3x a week are requirements. Our mom is bed bound currently. Most care is done there, though with the Hoyer lift she can get to wheel chair/recliner. Experience with wound vac / care very helpful. Experience and comfort with dementia a must. This is a transition from her home of over 60 years to the hospital and then our home. The grief over all that is huge for her., and hits in unexpected waves. She is thoughtful, curious, opinionated, and has a sense of humor. Please have old school respect, humor, a strong will and a strong back. Reliable transportation and attendance also a must. Prefer female, but if the shoe fits well, we'll try it on.
