We're looking for someone to provide childcare for a somewhat unconventional situation. Mom works full-time from home with flexible hours and Dad works full-time rotating shift work. Up to this point, part-time childcare has been provided by Grandma, who also works part-time. We would like to add another caregiver into the mix and maybe be able to set up more of a regular schedule for all caregivers. Grandma isn't ready to give up her role yet, but would like to not be the primary person :)
Duties are light, we have one crazy energetic 10-month boy in a home with a yard and 2 dogs, walking distance from parks and the library. Not expected to do laundry, cleaning, dishes, or cooking.
I know it may be a long shot, but we're looking for someone who is willing to have a flexible schedule with part-time hours. We're open to a couple hours a day every day, or longer hours a few days a week. I hope we can work together to find a schedule that works for all of us!
