I'm looking for a great babysitter for 2 children.

My husband and I are really looking for a good fit to watch our 4-month-old baby girl three days of the work week to give me the chance to focus and be productive since I work from home. She is sweet, silly, smiley, and a fairly easy baby as far as babies go. We're looking for someone who will adore her as much as we do! We have two big friendly Labradors, so the ideal nanny needs to be very comfortable with dogs. They're energetic, but calm down after they get used to you. Ideally you will be fine with playing with them a bit when she's napping, but if not, at least being comfortable with them is pretty much a necessity. Thanks for reading!

Our wonderful nanny is moving so we are looking for someone to fill some big shoes. Experience with ASD and lots of outside play time and activity are needed. My oldest son will soon be 4 and the youngest is almost 1. There is plenty of entertainment at our house but need someone that can keep up with 2 energetic boys. We appreciate and take good care of a great person that is willing to help our family. They need help with basic learning activities like reading books and playing games. Active engagement with the boys while working is preferred. We're looking for someone who has a lot of patience and understanding of special circumstances.

I am looking for a cleaner every two weeks for an older home. I work from home, and my two small children are not in daycare, so there is some amount of cleaning that has to happen around snacktime, lunchtime, etc. And my 4yo asks questions. I do my best to keep them out of your hair, but I want you to be aware of this beforehand. It's not a whole-house cleaning--primarily the main floor (mostly wood floors and two rooms of carpet + a big area rug, the kitchen and one bath (I decide in advance which bathroom I'll have you clean). There are a lot of details. Once every month or couple months I'd have you do the upstairs (hardwood + dusting). Please let me know if you're interested. My previous cleaner took 3-4 hours I think, and a little longer when she did the upstairs.
