My twins are 12 years old. I have been sharing a Nanny with my ex wife and its simply not working. We are currently one week on and one week off (50/50) but the custody agreement could be changing. I'm asking for more parenting time. The worse case scenario could be two weeks on two weeks off.

My husband works from home full time and I go to the office 2 days a week so our schedule is flexible for days and hours the nanny can work.

We are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Charlotte. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and homework help.

Our daughter was born in December, and will be a couple months before we need a babysitter, but trying to see availability. We also have two dogs and two cats in the house - so sitter will need to be very comfortable with animals.

Nanny Needed For My Children Two days 6-month-old

In March, we will be needing a Nanny for our then 3-month-old daughter. We have an adorable mini 24lbs labradoodle that will also be in our home where our daughter will be. He is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed in case this is of concern. We would like someone who will provide a nurturing and fun environment for our daughter while I am at work. My husband and I work from home periodically as well, but would like to have a primary caregiver in our home those days too.
