A busy family of 4 with 2 young children is seeking a highly professional and experienced part-time housekeeper to provide exceptional cleaning and organization services for our private home. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, proactive, and dependable. Responsibilities: Daily housekeeping and organizing of all areas interior and immediate exterior Making beds and changing linens, clearing bins, rotating towels Cleaning bathrooms Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning kitchen Perform deep cleaning of all areas of the home Laundry Organize and maintain closet spaces and pantries Perform additional duties as requested by the homeowner, including errands (dry cleaners, grocery stores, etc), childcare, and light meal preparation

On Fridays Wash, dry & fold laundry Clean upstairs bathroom Clean kitchen Collect trash and recycling & put in containers Alternate weeks Change bedsheets Monthly- vacuum upstairs The resident still works and won't be home.

Part time Housekeeping for active retired couple and adult son, no children, no pets. Non smoking. House is single family two story, 5 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms, wood floors, elevator, Weekly; change beds, clean bathrooms. Clean kitchen. Sweep front and back porches. Bi-weekly: dust furniture, dust floors, use carpet sweeper on rugs (vacuum 2 to 3 times per year), wipe base boards. Occasionally: polish silver, arrange decorations, set up for dinner parties, decorate for holidays.
