My wife and I are expecting in February of 2023 and are looking for a reliable, gentle, babysitter. However, we have a busy home life with lots of pets as well, so if it's possible we would like to have the sitter utilize their own home to care for our child rather than stay in our home. We would rather not overwhelm the sitter while caring for our child.

Our newborn will be nearly three months when I would love to have/find care for the afternoons. I return to work as a teacher and would really like afternoons covered at my home in Gahanna (east Columbus). He is a very snuggly, chill baby. He has an amazingly sweet but crazily active 2-year-old sister who sometimes will tag along for afternoons at home when not going to her grandparents for the afternoon. We are incredibly laid back and just want someone to love on the baby and possibly the most caring and energetic 2-year-old for the afternoons from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. when I get home. The little boy loves being held and listening to white noise and my 2-year-old daughter loves to play with her baby dolls, watch TV for kids, take walks, and be doted on! My newborn could not be more calm and chill for an infant.

We are expecting our first child at the end of March 2023. We are looking for someone to start in August 2023 for when I go back to teaching at the start of the school year. My husband works early mornings, so we are looking for someone who can consistently come from 7 a.m. - 11 a.m. Mon-Fri. We also have a big (but sweet!) dog that will happily cuddle with you and our future son.

My husband and I had our first baby, J, on October 3rd. Once J is 6 months old (April 2023) we would like to have a nanny take care of him two days per week.
