We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Veronica as our nanny. From the moment she walked through our door, she exuded warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for our daughter. Veronica has been with us for 8 months and we wish it could be longer. She began when our daughter was 4 months old and has been with us up through her first birthday when she started going to daycare. As first time parents we are truly grateful for the positive impact Veronica has had on our household and our lives in the time she was with us. From the moment we met her we could tell that she was at ease caring for infants, which immediately set us at ease as parents. You can tell she truly enjoys working with children, as she provided the utmost attention and love for our daughter every single day. From practicing tummy time, naptime transitions, teething adventures, and starting solids, Veronica showed dedication to supporting milestones but also supporting our direction for when and how to start new things. Her creativity and resourcefulness shine through in the various art projects and outings to parks that were planned. Plus lots of singing, dancing, music and conversations were had throughout the day to keep our daughter engaged! Veronica's communication skills are excellent. She keeps us well-informed about our daughter’s daily routines, milestones, and any concerns that may arise. Her ability to provide comprehensive updates gives us reassurance and ensures that we stay involved and connected throughout the day. We would definitely recommend Veronica without hesitation. She has become like a member of our family, and we are grateful for the love, care, and support she provides. We are fortunate to have found such an exceptional caregiver, and we trust that anyone who chooses her will be as delighted as we are.
