I've worked as a Direct Care Provider, providing individuals in our communities with the learning tools and knowledge to becoming more independent, for over 10 years. I provided services to the communities in the Treasure Coast and West Palm Beach Areas, and now new to Tampa area I wish to continue teaching the value of independence to other individuals, providing Supported Living Services, Personal Supports, Companion, and Respite Services. I intend to provide these services with the same professional exceptional service, by using person centered approaches allowing each individual to achieve all personal defined outcomes without barriers, using this approach to work directly with individuals and supports, ensuring the delivery of services to each individual's preference and choices. Allowing individuals to gain more independent skills and social skills while out in the community. I look forward to building and achieving abilities together in our communities. Sharon Tampa, FL
