I have a big extended family and have been caring for and watching kids since I can remember! So I've been working with kids a total of 9 years. I love and adore watching kids become more confident in their abilities, more emotionally aware and take very seriously the role it is an adult to create an environment that is safe and will allow them to grow.

Shanilla is absolutely wonderful! I have a 1 year old and Shanilla has watched her several times. She is warm and loving and my daughter is always excited to see her. Shanilla is great with communication, always on time, and helpful with so many other things! When there is time she helps with meal prep, laundry, and the house always looks better than when we left, I don't know how the girl does it. After working with Shanilla we hired her to watch our daughter while we went out of town. I was so grateful for her constant communication with photo updates, video calls and more. I had no doubt my little one was having a blast, safe and cared for. I highly recommend Shanilla!
