Olivia worked with our family for three years. She started when my daughter was 4 months old and continued with us as our son was born two years later. I cannot say enough good things about Olivia- she truly became a part of our family. Olivia is communicative, prompt, dependable, and above all, the most caring individual. The bond that she created with our daughter is impactful on our daughter's life to this day. Not only that, but she is very communicative and is always a partner in parenting and working through any challenges that may arise together. Additionally, she is helpful around the house- while our daughter napped she would fold laundry or load the dishwasher. I trust her implicitly. You really won't find a better nanny. The only reason we no longer work with her is because she relocated. Hire her, treat her well, and don't let her go! She is seriously a gem.
