Hello My name is Micaela! I'd love to give you some background. I have always considered myself to be the most reliable trustworthy and safe option when it comes to family and friends needing childcare. My middle school and teenage years were the start of my ongoing experience with all sorts of bright and unique children! For the last five years, I have alternated between behavioral health and in-home care, where I work with different little ones needing special care and or attention. little ones can be challenging at times, but I take pride in and see the importance of clear communication boundaries and respect with not only us but me and your little one. my number one job is to ensure the safety of your little one no matter the circumstances as we build our bond! I do have some experience in organizing/cleaning as I am a mother myself! I believe time management, patience and grace are the easiest ways to stay organized and upkeep a safe yet clean environment no matter the family!
