I've been taking care of children for over 15 years! I began my journey babysitting for my younger brother and family friends. I spent three years teaching horseback riding lessons and then three years as a teacher in a preschool while simultaneously receiving my Early Childhood Teaching certificate from Aims Community College. I have spent the last three years nannying for two kiddos and bringing my daughter along. My daughter is 2 years old and we have a newborn son as well! I am a firm believer in child-guided play and learning. I use positive reinforcement to help children solve problems in healthy ways. It is so gratifying to be a part of helping children become kind, loving, mindful, and imaginative members of this world! We spend a lot of time outside (even in the winter) and really thrive off of that time in nature! I'm currently hoping to find a family who would be willing to bring their child to my home for care starting in late February/early March!
