My family and I lucked out in finding Madi to be our nanny. Madi found her calling as a nanny and anyone who hires her is lucky to have her. Madi is punctual, reliable, and flexible. She’s been able to come in a little early and stay a little late when we need her to. We never worried about her not showing up. Our daughter’s face lights up when she sees Madi and Madi not only starts our daughter’s day with a warm hug but with a serenity that keeps our daughter happy and peaceful. Madi stands out from other nannies because she not only has a curriculum for her wards but also has great communication skills. We feel like we have an additional team member with us in raising our daughter. Madi has a curriculum to help create fun activities while ensuring our daughter hits her developmental targets. While moving forward with baby-led-weaning, Madi has been clear in her communications and how successful some foods are versus others. She captures great photos of our daughter and it’s such a delight to see a photo of my daughter having such a great time. She listens to our concerns and goals and will help problem-solve with us. I was concerned that our older dogs would have trouble with our daughter, and I wanted them to embrace a new baby and get along with her and she with them. Madi has helped train the dogs to respect tummy time and to be gentle around our daughter and taught our daughter to be gentle with the dogs. She makes it clear with our daughter and dogs as to whose toys are whose. Madi strives for a well-balanced daily life for our little one. Madi takes our daughter to story time at the library and to other activities, I might request. Madi makes sure our daughter’s day is filled with outside time as well as stories and songs. When my mother-in-law came for a surprise visit, Madi helped create a fun event for Bushka and granddaughter that left both in giggles.
