Kristen was a true angel in a time of need for my elderly father who was traveling with my siblings and I to see his brother for a family occasion and needed help getting ready and dressed in the mornings and for the evening affair. I can not tell you how grateful I am for Kristen's willingness to accommodate and help us after the caregiver we had originally lined up was not able to very come last minute and we needed someone to help us with shorter shifts in the mornings and late afternoon. My family was in an unusual situation and it felt like a small miracle when Kristen responded and was able to help us out! She was punctual, patient, kind and calm with my dad and got him ready so fast we were amazed! She even ironed his clothes, combed his hair with a brush she had when he forgot his comb and gave him Tums when he didn't have any with him. Truly there is no way we could have pulled this off without her! Her higher rate than some others on this site is well worth it! She is a gem!
