Gifty was very good at getting my injured relative up and about walking and doing her exercise every 10 minutes. Sometimes relatives don't want to be nagged by family members so having an outside person motivating her really worked. Gifty mopped the floor for me because my relative spit Gatorade and showered her and helped figure out medications. Gifty was very good at texting me and keeping me apprised of the progress.
