About Erin

I'd describe my personality as kind, detail oriented, and helpful. I like caring for seniors because nurses like myself can make a difference in the health, quality of life, and longevity of our patients with our specific knowledge, training, and support. I am available to perform Registered Nursing Skilled Nursing services like: Medication Management Vitals assessments including weights Diabetes Education and Management Care as directed by a patients physician or other provider I started caring for seniors in 2008 as a certified nursing assistant, live in caregiver, and pre-nursing student. In my spare time, I like to hike, spend time with my family, read, and play with my labradoodle. One thing you should know about me is that I am an advocate for my patients and I strive to help them achieve their best health and greatest level of independence. My skills include assessment, medication management, and patient education.
