2012, 61 yr man in the ER every other week was threatened to be put into a nursing facility. I gave him a room to rent along with IHSS. He improved due to much TLC, exercise and nutrition. I cooked, cleaned, meds, insulin, p/up presc, Dr. appt & to dialysis. The days he was in dialysis, I went to another client cleaned her house. Unfortunately he passed. I had a 74 yr woman 2-3 days a week IHSS who lives alone and do most of the same for her. UPDATE: Dec 2020 Son & 100yr now 102 yr old Dad. Caregiver for Dad while son is out. Organize and help Son with yard work and other projects 2-3 days per wk. My longest client was 2015-present, I took care of all her needs including wound care and paramedical services. Unfortunately she's now in nursing facility.
