I am fairly new to Care. com but I have 3 years of full-time experience with Sittertree. I have cared for several kids who have ADHD, Autism, and Aspergers. I am CPR certified and speak Spanish for families looking for a bilingual sitter. With Sittertree, I was "favorited" by over 70+ families and still have a myriad of families who regularly contact me for care. I have been babysitting since I was 14. Having worked at a young age for two families, I found my passion in connecting with children. My technique starts with listening, patience and empathy. I try to put myself in every child's mind to help them grow and figure out how to best cater to them. My experience with the two families was long-term, which I loved because it allowed me to truly get to know the children and build a familiarity with them.
