Thank you for viewing my profile! My name is Carter and I have 10 years of experience working with amazing individuals that have taught me so much about life. My experience includes currently working full-time as an EC teacher and past jobs in this field include Tristan's Quest, Noble Academy, ARC challenger baseball league, buddy programs, one on one care through an agency and private care for families for 10 years and counting! I love to help families outside of school hours and truly enjoy adapting, engaging in your loved ones interest and working together as a team to offer the best individualized care for your loved one. I have a degree in early childhood ed and a Bachelors Degree in Special Education. I love all ages and am very comfortable with all personal care needs, picture and alternative communication devices, feeding tubes, catheters and seizures management. Carter has helped periodically care for my children for many years. Our oldest daughter, now age 15 has significant special needs. Carter has always been great with her, helping her eat, use the bathroom, bathe, dress, and interact. We originally hired Carter because of her past experience with children with special needs. She has a passion for working with this population! She's also good with my younger two children who are typically developing. We would recommend Carter.
