About Carlie

Hello! My name is Carlie, and I have 10+ years experience working with children. I have a background in nannying and preschool education, and I am in the last year of my masters degree in mindfulness-based transpersonal psychology. I currently work with neurodivergent and at-risk youth in Denver schools. I apply mindfulness in my modalities while infusing different forms of play and adventure therapy. I love engaging in creative activities, reading, and using imagination during playtime. I use positive language redirection when working with children, and I possess appropriate conflict-resolution skills for all ages. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, yoga, music, cooking, and adventuring! I'm super comfortable with animals, and I love working with children and families of all walks of life.
